Our journey started with the small, passionate team of White Knight Restructuring learning all about the new BOI compliance and learning that the government's one-size-fits all filing system was confusing and inefficient.

Growing with Innovation
As we grew, so did our commitment to innovation. We found the state of the art software created by FincenFETCH to refine our process. This introduced advanced data management tools, and expanded our services to cater to businesses with varying ownership structures.

After the announcement of the US Department of Treasury that they would drastically limit the scope of BOI FIling, Bridge to BOI has begun to build-out additional products to service those confounded by compliance issues. Our journey doesn’t end here. We’re constantly evolving, exploring new ways to serve our clients, and staying ahead of the ever-changing compliance landscape. The future is bright, and we’re excited to continue bridging the gap for businesses everywhere.
